Project Design

Over the past 28 years Pat has been working as a designer for various disciplines in the construction and engineering fields. Pat has over 28 years HVAC and plumbing design expertise include performing load calculations, sizing HVAC equipment, ductwork layout and sizing and plumbing system layout and design. Pat has designed Geothermal Heat Pump Systems, Radiant Floor Heating Systems, Central Air Handler and VAV systems, Steam and Condensate Systems, Snow Melt Systems, Industrial Systems and Solar Hot Water Systems for various climates from Alaska to Arizona.

Project Management

As a Project Manager with Tikker Engineering, Pat manages both small and large projects as the lead A/E consultant and as a consultant to an architect. This experience includes schematic design cost estimating, development of bid documents, bidding the project, leading construction meetings, overseeing contractor pay requests, processing proposal requests and change orders and project closeout documentation.
